How to get help
If you need help with APMS.ai, the APMS app, or APMS in ChatGPT or Claude, email our support team. Your company's APMS.ai administrator can also help with access, users and machine settings for your organisation.

Response times
We aim to reply to every support request within 1 business day, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST. Urgent issues affecting production monitoring are handled first.
What to include
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your company or organisation name
- Your registered email address or user ID
- Where the problem happened: the website, the APMS app, ChatGPT or Claude
- What you expected to happen, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one
APMS in ChatGPT and Claude
We help with setting up the APMS connection (MCP), sign-in and authorisation, permissions and data access, not only sales enquiries. Email info@apms.ai with the assistant you use (ChatGPT or Claude) and what you see.
Troubleshooting
- Sign-in or authorisation fails: check that you can sign in to the APMS app with the same account, then disconnect APMS in the assistant's settings and connect again.
- "Session expired" or the assistant stops getting data: your sign-in has lapsed or was revoked. Reconnect APMS from the assistant's settings.
- A unit or machine is missing, or access is denied: the connection only sees what your APMS account can see. Ask your company's APMS administrator to check your permissions, then choose the unit again.
- A number looks wrong: compare it with the same view in APMS. If APMS shows something different, send us the question you asked and the time.
- To stop access: disconnect APMS from the assistant's settings, or ask your administrator to revoke it. Our Privacy Policy explains what the connection uses and stores.
