How to request deletion of your APMS.ai user account, and what happens when you do.

About account deletion
APMS.ai provides machine monitoring and production analytics solutions for manufacturing businesses. User accounts within APMS.ai are created and managed by the administrator of the respective customer organisation.
Users who wish to delete their APMS.ai accounts can request deletion through their company's administrator, or contact APMS.ai support using the details below. You can use either of the two methods that follow.
Option 1: Contact your company administrator
Contact your company's APMS.ai administrator and request that your user account be deleted. The administrator can remove your account through the user management functionality available in the application.
Option 2: Contact APMS.ai support
If you cannot contact your company administrator, you can email our support team at tech@apms.ai to start an account deletion request. Please include:
- Company or organisation name
- Registered email address or user ID
- Registered phone number, if applicable
- Subject: APMS.ai Account Deletion Request
Our support team may contact you to verify your identity and organisation before processing or coordinating your request.
What happens when your account is deleted
Once your account deletion request is verified and processed:
- Your APMS.ai user account will be deleted by the authorised administrator.
- Your access to the application will be removed.
- Personal information associated with your account will be deleted from our systems where applicable.
- Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, security or legitimate business requirements. Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our applicable data retention practices.
Deleting an individual user account does not automatically delete the entire customer organisation's account, or all production and operational records associated with that organisation.
Request processing
We will review and process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, and will let you know if additional information is required.
